26th Postcard

New Mexico.  Thank you, Burnside Family!  Each October Albuquerque hosts the world's largest international hot air balloon fiesta.

Colorado!  Thank you ???  (No name).  The Colorado State flower is the columbine. 

23rd and 24th Postcard

I got 2 postcards from California.  Thank you Marie and Mrs. Reschke! 
Death Valley is recognized as the hottest, driest place in the United States. It isn't uncommon for the summer temperatures to reach more than 115 degrees.

21st and 22nd Postcard

We got 2 from Wyoming on the same day!  Thank you "Aunt Sue" and The Hess Family.  Wyoming was the first state to give women the right to vote.

20th Postcard

Georgia!  Thanks, Douglas family.  Georgia is the nations number one producer of the three Ps--peanuts, pecans, and peaches.

Kentucky!  Thanks, Douglas Family!  Mammoth Cave is the world's longest cave and was first promoted in 1816, making it the second oldest tourist attraction in the United States. Niagara Falls, New York is first.
